Welcome to Kekoon. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.kekoon.co.za (the "Website") and any purchase made through it. By browsing our Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

1. Shipping & Delivery

Kekoon delivers throughout South Africa via Bob Go, our courier partner network (including The Courier Guy, RAM, and other affiliated couriers, plus Pargo pickup-point options where available).
Some Kekoon pieces are produced especially for your order. These items are typically dispatched within 7 business days of your order to allow for production.
If you require your order sooner, please contact us before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate your timeframe.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow:
- 2–4 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas
- 4–6 business days for delivery to outlying areas
We kindly ask you to take these timeframes into consideration prior to your purchase. If your purchase is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting our customer service team before placing your order at info@kekoon.co.za
Shipping costs: A standard delivery fee of R150 applies to orders within South Africa. Some items or delivery locations may incur a higher delivery fee, which will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking notification by email/SMS so you can follow its progress.
Custom and made-to-order items (see Section 6) have separate, longer production timeframes which will be communicated to you individually before you confirm your order.
Kekoon is not liable for delays caused by the courier, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (load shedding, strikes, extreme weather, etc.).
If a parcel is lost or significantly delayed in transit, please contact us and we will assist in liaising with the courier on your behalf.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Kekoon pieces. If something isn't right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original, resalable condition.
Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
Custom-made and made-to-order items (see Section 6) are not eligible for return or refund, except where the item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was faulty, damaged, or incorrect, in which case Kekoon will cover the cost of return.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [insert X] business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Kekoon is a South African fashion brand based in Olympus, Pretoria. We design and sell ready-to-wear clothing across our seasonal collections, as well as custom pieces for special occasions.

4. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirms we've received your order — it does not guarantee stock availability until payment has been processed.
Please double-check your size, colour, and delivery address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided at checkout.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
Payment is required in full before an order is processed and dispatched.
We accept [insert accepted payment methods, e.g. credit/debit card, EFT, etc.]. Payments are processed securely through [insert payment gateway name] — Kekoon does not store your card details.
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to process it — your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and payment details.

6. Custom Orders & Special Occasion Pieces

Kekoon offers custom-made clothing for weddings, formal events, and other special occasions, tailored to your measurements and preferences.

Custom orders require a consultation (in person or virtual) to confirm design, fabric, measurements, and price before work begins.
A non-refundable deposit of 70% is required to confirm and begin a custom order. The balance is due before or upon collection/delivery.
Because custom pieces are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has started, except in cases of a manufacturing defect or where the finished garment does not reasonably match the agreed specification.
Production timeframes for custom pieces will be confirmed at the time of order and may vary depending on complexity, fabric availability, and season.
Please ensure measurements provided are accurate — Kekoon is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

7. Sizing & Fit

We provide a size chart on our Website as a general guide. Please refer to it carefully before ordering, as fit can vary slightly between styles and fabrics.
If you're unsure of your size, please contact us before ordering — we're happy to help.

8. Product Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to accurately represent our products, including colour, fabric, and fit. Please note that colours may appear slightly different on screen due to lighting, photography, and individual device display settings.
All products are subject to availability. In the rare case an item you've ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including images, product designs, descriptions, logos, and branding — is the property of Kekoon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal information (such as your name, contact details, and delivery address) solely to fulfil your order and provide customer service, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties beyond what's necessary to deliver your order (e.g. our courier partners). 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kekoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this Website or the purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order itself.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

Kekoon reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
